Logitech · Modular Conference Camera System
Logitech Rally Plus Modular Video Conferencing System (960-001242)
A modular, USB-connected camera system built for large and extra-large rooms: a 15x zoom camera, two speakers, two microphone pods and a pair of hubs that install separately to fit a boardroom table rather than one fixed layout. RightSound's mic matrix steers up to 56 acoustic beams at whoever is talking, and up to seven mic pods can be daisy-chained for the biggest spaces. Paired with the separately sold Logitech RoomMate, it adds AI video intelligence, appliance mode and Logitech Sync remote management on the same hardware.
Quick Glance
Key Features
A 15x zoom camera built for big rooms
The Rally camera combines 5x optical and 3x digital zoom with 180° pan and 140° tilt for 262° x 192° of total room coverage, plus RightLight wide dynamic range, low-light compensation and video noise reduction, so people at the far end of a large table are still framed clearly.
Mic pods that scale with the room
Each Rally Mic Pod picks up voices up to 7 m away across four omnidirectional microphones, and up to seven pods can be daisy-chained together. RightSound's mic matrix steers up to 56 acoustic beams at the active talker, refreshing every 8 ms, so a system built for 16 people can extend to 46 with extra pods.
Appliance mode and remote management with RoomMate
Rally Plus is USB plug-and-play on its own, and paired with the separately sold Logitech RoomMate it runs in appliance mode with AI video intelligence and is managed remotely through Logitech Sync. It is certified for Microsoft Teams and Google Meet and compatible with Zoom.

Need-to-Know
- Logitech publishes no colour name for Rally Plus, so this listing does not state one. The only colour Logitech names on this range is the 'White Mic Pods' variant of each configuration (960-001398 Rally Plus, 960-001397 Rally System) — ask us if that is the finish you want.
- Rally Plus is the two-speaker, two-mic-pod configuration. Logitech also sells 'Rally System' (960-001217), the same hardware with one speaker and one mic pod, for smaller large rooms — confirm which configuration you need.
- Appliance mode, Logitech Sync management and AI video intelligence need the separately sold Logitech RoomMate compute unit. Rally Plus on its own is a USB plug-and-play peripheral for a room computer.
- Logitech does not publish a maximum room size in square metres. The published figures are 262° wide x 192° tall combined camera coverage and up to 46 recommended participants with all seven mic pods attached.

Customer Benefits
- The camera, hubs, speaker and mic pods install as separate modules, so the system fits around a boardroom table rather than forcing one fixed layout.
- Up to seven mic pods can be daisy-chained for up to 46 recommended participants, so the same system scales from a large room to an extra-large one.
- RightSound's mic matrix steers 56 acoustic beams at the person talking, keeping voices clear even with several pods running at once.
- Paired with Logitech RoomMate, Rally Plus adds AI video intelligence, appliance mode and Logitech Sync remote management on top of the same hardware.
- Certified for Microsoft Teams and Google Meet and compatible with Zoom, so the same hardware serves whichever platform the room standardises on.

Frequently Asked Questions
They are the same hardware platform at two configurations. Rally System (960-001217) ships with one Rally Speaker and one Rally Mic Pod. Rally Plus (960-001242) ships with two of each, for larger rooms. Both share the same camera, hubs and mounting options, and both can be expanded with extra mic pods up to seven in total.
Logitech's own recommendation is 16 participants with the two mic pods Rally Plus ships with, adding roughly six more per additional pod, up to a recommended 46 participants with seven pods daisy-chained. The camera's combined field of view and pan/tilt range covers 262° wide by 192° tall, which is the figure to check against your room shape.
Logitech states that Rally Plus is certified for Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, and compatible with platforms like Zoom. On its own it is a USB peripheral for a Teams Rooms on Windows PC; paired with Logitech RoomMate it can also run in appliance mode.
No. Rally Plus works as a plug-and-play USB camera, speaker and microphone system connected to a room computer on its own. RoomMate is a separate purchase that adds appliance mode, AI video intelligence and Logitech Sync remote management on top of the same Rally Plus hardware, and is worth it for larger, managed deployments.
The Rally Plus box holds the Rally Camera, Display Hub, Table Hub, two Rally Speakers, two Rally Mic Pods, a remote control, the USB and Ethernet cables, two HDMI cables, two A/C cables, two power supplies and documentation. You supply the room computer and the displays. RoomMate, extra mic pods and the mounting kit are separate purchases we can quote alongside it.
Yes. Logitech assigns a different part number to the same hardware in each region. 960-001242 is the EMEA code, published by Logitech for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and it is the code a UAE supplier quotes and the one that appears on your invoice. 960-001225 is the code Logitech lists for the same Rally Plus Modular Video Conferencing System in the United States and Canada. Same product, same specification, different regional code. If a quote, a datasheet or an internal purchase request you are working from references 960-001225, send it to us and we will confirm the match before you order.
