The room's compute is a Windows mini PC, and the camera is a peripheral on the end of it. Logitech pairs this with the wired Tap touch controller.

The bar is the room
The video bar runs Teams Rooms itself on Logitech CollabOS, with no PC in the room at all. The controller is Tap IP, which is powered and connected over the network.
