About us
Since 1999, the unglamorous things that keep an office running.
AtomOffice.com is the online store of Oasis Mountain Trading LLC (OMT) — a Dubai distributor and stockist of IT supplies since 1999, serving the UAE and the wider GCC for more than 25 years. Printers, screens, toner, ribbons, cables. Nobody photographs them for the company brochure, and nothing works without them.
What we are trying to build
An online store that helps you decide, rather than one that lists a thousand products and leaves you to guess. That means going well past a one-line description: what the machine actually does, which consumable fits it, and what it costs to run once the box is open.
It also means being reachable by a real person. Ask on WhatsApp, send an email, or call — we would rather answer a question before the order than process a return after it.
How to buy from us
Three ways in, and you can use whichever suits the order:
- Online — order directly here on atomoffice.com
- On a quote — for business accounts, fit-outs and larger projects
- On WhatsApp — send a photo of the old cartridge or the printer label and we will identify it
What you are actually buying
We are an authorised reseller for the brands we carry, and every product is listed as exactly what it is — so you know what is arriving before you order it. See the brands we work with.
Pricing stays competitive, and the range is deep enough that we can usually fill an order from Dubai stock rather than sending you to wait on an indent.
Cutting the footprint
We sell paper and printers for a living, so we are fairly aware of the irony. Some of what we have changed:
- Packaging is 100% biodegradable or recyclable — corrugated boxes, paper tape, paper bags
- Minimum printing in our own office. You can help by switching to e-invoicing
- Facilities moved from conventional lighting to energy-efficient LED
The people behind it
Team AtomOffice is a group of people given the room to do the job properly. OMT values personal contact — there is someone here to answer a question rather than a queue to join.
Get in touch and give us the privilege of serving your tiny atomic needs.
