Logitech MeetUp 2 4K All-in-One Conference Camera (960-001681) – Graphite

An all-in-one 4K camera, speaker and six-microphone bar for huddle rooms and small meeting rooms. RightSight 2 frames whoever is speaking and RightSound 2 cleans up the audio, so the room does not need a separate camera, microphone and speaker. It runs on Logitech's CollabOS platform and is managed remotely through Logitech Sync, with HDMI in and out, USB-C, Ethernet and Wi-Fi on the back.

AI framing and AI noise suppression, built in

RightSight 2 drives a digital pan-tilt-zoom camera across a 120° diagonal view, so people at the edge of a small table are still in frame. RightSound 2 runs echo cancellation, voice activity detection and an AI de-noising algorithm across six MEMS microphones that form five adaptive beams, picking up voices at up to 7 m.

One bar instead of three boxes

Camera, a 55 mm ported speaker and the microphone array sit in one enclosure with its own cable management and a multi-mount, so a small room needs one device on the wall or the table rather than a camera, a speakerphone and the cabling between them. HDMI in and HDMI out are both on board alongside USB-C.

Managed remotely, and it keeps improving

MeetUp 2 runs Logitech CollabOS and reports into Logitech Sync, so room status, firmware updates and settings are handled from one cloud console rather than by walking into the room. Security is handled with AES-128 file encryption, device attestation and Arm TrustZone key protection, with a Kensington slot for the physical side.

  • This listing is the Graphite model, part 960-001681. Logitech also builds a TAA-compliant version as 960-001885, which is a US federal procurement variant — tell us if you need that one instead.
  • MeetUp 2 is not compatible with Logitech RoomMate. Logitech supports it in PC mode and BYOD mode only, so a room built around a RoomMate compute unit needs a Rally Bar Huddle or Rally Bar Mini instead.
  • Single-cable BYOD needs the optional Active USB Cable accessory, which is not supplied in the box.
  • Logitech does not publish a maximum number of seats for MeetUp 2. It is specified for huddle and small rooms, with microphone pickup rated up to 7 m.
  • One device replaces a camera, a speakerphone and the cabling between them, which is the difference between a small room being usable and being avoided.
  • AI framing and AI noise suppression run on the device, so meetings look and sound right without anyone in the room operating anything.
  • Logitech Sync means firmware and settings are handled from a console rather than by sending someone into the room, which is what makes a fleet of small rooms manageable.
  • HDMI in and out plus USB-C means it works as a Teams Rooms device on a PC and as a plug-in camera for a visitor's laptop.
  • The plastic parts use up to 62% certified post-consumer recycled plastic and the paper packaging comes from FSC-certified forests.

Logitech specifies it for huddle rooms and small meeting rooms. The published numbers to work from are a 120° diagonal field of view, which covers people sitting close to the sides of a small table, and microphone pickup rated up to 7 m. Logitech does not publish a maximum seat count. If your room is bigger than that, the Rally Bar Huddle and Rally Bar Mini are the next steps up, and we can advise on which fits.

Logitech lists MeetUp 2 as working with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet, and it appears in Logitech's own Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows line-up paired with a mini PC and a Tap touch controller. Note that MeetUp 2 runs in PC mode and BYOD mode only, so the Teams Rooms compute has to be a PC rather than a Logitech RoomMate.

RightSight 2 is Logitech's auto-framing. The camera has no motors: it pans ±48° and tilts ±32° digitally within a 4K sensor at up to 4x zoom, so it can crop to the people in the room and follow whoever is talking without anyone touching a remote. RightSound 2 is the audio half, running echo cancellation, voice activity detection and AI de-noising across the six-microphone array.

Yes. MeetUp 2 runs Logitech CollabOS and reports into Logitech Sync, the cloud console that shows room status, pushes firmware updates and changes settings across every room you have. That is normally the reason to choose a CollabOS device over a plain USB camera in a multi-room deployment.

The box holds the MeetUp 2 with its multi-function mount, the power supply with region-specific plugs, a 3 m USB-C to USB-C 2.0 cable, two wall anchors and two screws. You supply the display and the computer. Single-cable BYOD needs the optional Active USB Cable, and a wall or display mount beyond the supplied hardware is a separate purchase — ask us and we will quote it with the camera.

Yes. Logitech assigns a different part number to the same hardware in each region. 960-001681 is the EMEA code, published by Logitech for Europe, the Middle East and Africa against the Graphite version, and it is the code a UAE supplier quotes and the one that appears on your invoice. 960-001691 is the code Logitech lists for the same MeetUp 2 4K All-in-One Conference Camera in the United States and Canada. Same product, same specification, different regional code. If a quote, a datasheet or an internal purchase request you are working from references 960-001691, send it to us and we will confirm the match before you order.

Fitting out a huddle room or a floor of them?

Tell us the room size and whether it is Teams, Zoom or bring-your-own-laptop, and we will quote the camera, the mount, the controller and the cabling as one line.
