How to Use

Installation Instructions

1. Turn off the printer and open the cover.
2. Remove the used ribbon (if applicable).
3. Place the Thermal Ribbon Roll on the spindle, ensuring the coated side faces out.
4. Thread the ribbon through the print head mechanism according to the printer’s guide.
5. Secure the ribbon and close the printer cover.
6. Turn on the printer and perform a test print to ensure proper installation.

Maintenance Tips

To extend the lifespan of your Thermal ribbon roll, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Regularly clean the printer’s print head to prevent debris buildup, which can affect print quality. When not in use, cover the ribbon to protect it from dust and other contaminants.
