Detailed Specifications
Specifications are from Ubiquiti's official technical specifications for the UniFi Cloud Gateway Ultra (UCG-Ultra). Device and client counts are Ubiquiti's guidance figures; real capacity depends on the traffic and features in use.
Need-to-Know
- The 2.5 GbE RJ45 port is the default WAN port. Ubiquiti lists a maximum of 4 WAN ports, for multi-WAN load balancing across more than one internet line.
- Ubiquiti's specification lists no built-in wireless radio for this gateway. Wireless coverage comes from separate UniFi access points managed through UniFi Network.
- Ubiquiti quotes 55,000+ IDS/IPS signatures with CyberSecure. Additional internet failover uses a separate UniFi LTE Backup device.
- Power is USB type C (5V DC/3A) and Ubiquiti states the adapter is included, rated for 100–240V AC.
- The UniFi mobile app needs UniFi iOS 10.12.0 or later, or UniFi Android 10.11.2 or later.
