Quick Glance
Key Features
Directional super antenna, or switch to omni
WiFi 7 with 6 spatial streams and an integrated directional super antenna that covers up to 465 m² (5,000 ft²) of open space. Ubiquiti makes it software-switchable from the internal directional antennas to the included external omni antennas, so one model suits both focused and all-round coverage.
Weatherproof for exposed outdoor installs
Rated IPX6 when installed with the included seal and mount, and IP67 with the cable-gland door kit. The UV-stabilized polycarbonate and aluminum alloy enclosure operates from -30 to 60° C, and Ubiquiti gives a wind loading of 74.6 N at 200 km/h. Wall and pole mounting are included, for poles of 1–2.5" (25–63.5 mm).
2.5 GbE PoE+ uplink for 300+ devices
One 1/2.5 GbE RJ45 port carries data and PoE+ power, with a maximum power consumption of 21W and a supported voltage range of 42.5-57V DC. Rated for 300+ connected devices, with up to 8 BSSIDs per radio, wireless meshing, fast roaming (802.11r/k/v), guest hotspot portals, PPSK and RADIUS-assigned VLANs.
Detailed Specifications
Specifications are Ubiquiti's own. Ubiquiti publishes tech specs for this access point only for its US version (U7-Pro-Outdoor-US); radio power, channel and regulatory figures from that page are US-specific and are left out. 6 GHz availability depends on the country and local regulations.
Need-to-Know
- Ubiquiti publishes tech specs for this access point only for its US version (U7-Pro-Outdoor-US). Radio power, channel and regulatory figures from that page apply to the US (FCC/IC) region and are not stated here as applying to the UAE.
- 6 GHz: the US tech specs list 6 GHz support, but Ubiquiti's EU store describes the U7 Pro Outdoor as two 5 GHz radios plus one 2.4 GHz radio. 6 GHz availability depends on the country and local regulations, so ask us before planning on 6 GHz outdoors.
- IPX6 applies when the access point is installed with the included seal and mount. IP67 needs the cable-gland door kit, which Ubiquiti names separately and does not list as included.
- Ubiquiti's store lists Multi-Link Operation (MLO) support for this access point. It needs UniFi Network version 9.0.114 or later.
- The U7 Pro Outdoor is powered by PoE+ through its single RJ45 port. Ubiquiti lists no power adapter for it, so plan a PoE+ switch port or PoE+ injector for each access point.

Frequently Asked Questions
Not something we can promise. Ubiquiti's US tech specs list 6 GHz support, but Ubiquiti's EU store describes this access point as two 5 GHz radios plus one 2.4 GHz radio, and 6 GHz availability depends on the country and local regulations. Plan the design on 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz, and contact us if 6 GHz outdoors matters to you.
Ubiquiti rates it IPX6 when installed with the included seal and mount, and IP67 when using the cable-gland door kit. The enclosure is UV-stabilized polycarbonate and aluminum alloy, and the ambient operating temperature range is -30 to 60° C (-22 to 140° F).
Yes. Ubiquiti states it is software-switchable from the internal directional antennas to the included external omni antennas. Directional internal gain is 11 dBi on 5 GHz and 8 dBi on 2.4 GHz; the external omni antennas are 8 dBi on 5 GHz and 6 dBi on 2.4 GHz, 360° x 15°.
By PoE+ over its single 1/2.5 GbE RJ45 port, with a maximum power consumption of 21W. Ubiquiti lists no power adapter, so plan a PoE+ switch port or injector. Wall and pole mounts are included, the pole mount takes poles of 1–2.5" (25–63.5 mm), and the unit weighs 1.33 kg with the mount.
Ubiquiti publishes tech specs for this access point only for its US version (U7-Pro-Outdoor-US). We show the hardware, coverage, power and environmental figures from that page, but leave out its radio power and channel figures, which are set by US (FCC/IC) rules and are not stated here as applying to the UAE.
