Key Features
4K with 2.36x Optical Zoom and a 1/1.2" Sensor
A large 1/1.2" 8MP sensor records 8MP 3840 x 2160 (16:9) at up to 30 FPS. The F 5.85-13.8 mm, ƒ/1.5-ƒ/2.9 lens gives 2.36x motorised optical zoom, from a wide 134° diagonal field of view down to a 52° tele view for detailed close-ups without quality loss.
Multi-TOPS AI, Face and Plate Recognition, Two-Way Audio
The Multi-TOPS AI Engine and a quad core Arm Cortex-A53 based chip run smart detections for people, vehicles and animals, plus face recognition and licence plate recognition. Two-way audio lets staff listen and speak through the camera, and a microSD card slot adds on-camera storage expansion.
Outdoor-Rated with Long-Range Night Vision
The aluminium alloy and polycarbonate housing is rated IP66 for weatherproofing and IK04 for tamper resistance, and operates from -30 to 50 °C. Adaptive IR LED illumination with an automatic IR cut filter gives night vision up to 40 m (131 ft). Ceiling and wall mounts are included.
Detailed Specifications
Specifications are as published by Ubiquiti for the Camera G6 Pro Turret (UVC-G6-Pro-Turret-B, Black). Ubiquiti may revise specifications without notice.
Need-to-Know
- Power is PoE+: Ubiquiti lists a supported voltage range of 42.5–57V DC and a maximum consumption of 15W, so plan a PoE+ switch port or PoE+ injector for each camera.
- Ubiquiti lists a 30 cm (1 ft) cable with an RJ45 connector and a ⌀20 x 70.55 mm jacket enclosure on this camera. Allow space for that connector and enclosure in the mounting position or junction box.
- Ceiling and wall mounts are included. The arm mount, pendant mount and junction box are optional accessories and are not part of this product.
- Ubiquiti lists a microSD card expansion slot but does not state a card capacity, and no card is listed as included.
- Ubiquiti publishes one weight, 1.2 kg, and does not say whether it includes the mount. Its specification also names no recorder or PoE class; ask us to confirm the fit with your system.

Frequently Asked Questions
The motorised F 5.85-13.8 mm lens moves between a wide view (134° diagonal) and a tele view (52° diagonal). Ubiquiti says this delivers wide-area coverage and detailed close-ups without quality loss, which helps when the subject is further from the camera.
Yes. Ubiquiti describes it as all-weather and tamper-resistant, rated IP66 for weatherproofing and IK04 for tamper resistance, with an ambient operating temperature of -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F) and 0 to 90% noncondensing humidity.
Ubiquiti rates the IR night vision at 40 m (131 ft). Night mode uses built-in adaptive IR LED illumination and an IR cut filter that switches automatically in low light or complete darkness.
By PoE+ over a single cable to its GbE RJ45 port, through a 30 cm lead with an RJ45 connector. Ubiquiti lists a supported voltage range of 42.5–57V DC and a maximum power consumption of 15W, so each camera needs a PoE+ switch port or a PoE+ injector.
The Multi-TOPS AI Engine runs smart detections for people, vehicles and animals, and Ubiquiti lists face recognition and licence plate recognition as supported. The camera also has two-way audio, so staff can listen and speak through it.
Yes. Ubiquiti lists the camera as NDAA compliant, with CE, FCC and IC certifications, which matters on projects where the client or tender specifies NDAA-compliant surveillance equipment.
