A 5MP CMOS sensor records 4MP 2688 x 1512 video at up to 30 FPS across a 102.4° horizontal field of view, with 6 m IR night vision, AI detection of people, vehicles and animals, and an integrated microphone. Desktop, wall, pole and hard-ceiling mounting are included.

2K Video Across an Ultra-Wide 102.4° View
A 5MP CMOS sensor records 4MP 2688 x 1512 (16:9) video at up to 30 FPS. The fixed focal length lens covers 102.4° horizontal, 54.9° vertical and 120.6° diagonal, and the image settings include exposure control, white balance, 2DNR, 3DNR and noise reduction by motion.
AI Detections, Night Vision and a Microphone
An onboard processor runs person, vehicle and animal detection. An integrated IR LED with an automatic IR-cut filter gives night vision up to 6 m (20 ft) in low light or complete darkness, and an integrated microphone records audio alongside the video.
Versatile Mounting, Indoors or Covered Outdoors
Desktop, wall, pole and hard-ceiling mounting are all included, with the pole mount fitting 1–1.5" (25–38 mm) poles. The 170 g polycarbonate housing is rated IPX4 while covered and IK04, operates from -20 to 40 °C, and is powered over a single PoE cable at 4W maximum.

- Weather rating is IPX4 while covered: Ubiquiti's specification qualifies the rating as applying while covered, so use outdoors under a roof, canopy or eave rather than fully exposed.
- Ubiquiti lists the G5 Flex audio as a microphone only, so it records sound but has no talk-back.
- Power is PoE only: Ubiquiti lists a supported voltage range of 37–57V DC and a maximum consumption of 4W, so the camera needs a PoE switch port or PoE injector.
- Desktop, wall, pole and hard-ceiling mounting are included. An in-ceiling mount, pendant mount and Pro mount are optional accessories and are not part of this product.
