Ubiquiti Camera AI 360 2K PoE Camera with 360° View
The Ubiquiti Camera AI 360 is an indoor/outdoor 2K PoE camera with a fisheye lens that gives a full 360° view of a room or space from a single surface-mounted unit. It records 4MP 1920 x 1920 at up to 30 FPS from a 5MP CMOS sensor, detects people, vehicles and animals on board, sees up to 9 m in the dark with built-in IR, and has integrated two-way audio. Rated IK08, and IPX4 when installed outdoors under cover.
Quick Glance
Key Features
A Full 360° View from One Camera
A fisheye lens on a 5MP CMOS sensor gives full panoramic 360° coverage, recorded as 4MP 1920 x 1920 (1:1) video at up to 30 FPS. Ubiquiti describes it as offering pan-tilt-zoom functionality across that 360° view, so one ceiling or wall unit can watch a whole room.
On-Board AI Detections and Two-Way Audio
A quad-core Arm Cortex-A53 based chip runs smart detections for people, vehicles and animals on the camera itself. Integrated two-way audio lets staff listen and speak through the camera, and built-in IR LED illumination with an automatic IR cut filter gives night vision up to 9 m (30 ft).
Vandal Resistant, Indoors or Covered Outdoors
An aluminium alloy and polycarbonate housing with a hard-coated dome is rated IK08 for tamper resistance and IPX4 while covered, so outdoors it suits sheltered spots such as canopies and covered walkways. It runs from -20 to 40 °C and is powered over PoE through a GbE RJ45 port.
Detailed Specifications
Specifications are as published by Ubiquiti for the Camera AI 360 (UVC-AI-360). Ubiquiti may revise specifications without notice.
Need-to-Know
- Outdoor use is for covered locations only: Ubiquiti rates the weatherproofing IPX4 (While Covered) and describes the camera as weather-resistant (outdoor covered). For positions exposed to direct weather, ask us about a model rated for exposed outdoor use.
- Power is PoE only: Ubiquiti lists a supported voltage range of 37—57V DC and a maximum consumption of 8.64W, so the camera needs a PoE switch port or PoE injector on its cable run.
- The surface mount is included. A junction box is an optional accessory and is not part of this product.
- Ubiquiti lists smart detections for people, vehicles and animals for this camera; its specification lists no face or plate recognition.
- Ubiquiti's published specification does not state a PoE class or name a recorder or storage requirement. Ask us to confirm the fit with your existing system before ordering.

Customer Benefits
- One 360° camera can cover a space that would otherwise need several fixed cameras, with fewer cable runs.
- Built-in AI for people, vehicle and animal detection cuts down the time spent searching recordings.
- Two-way audio lets staff listen and talk through the camera without a separate intercom.
- A single PoE cable carries both power and data, and the surface mount is included.

Frequently Asked Questions
That is what it is designed for. The fisheye lens gives a full 360° view, which Ubiquiti describes as panoramic coverage with no blind spots, recorded as 4MP 1920 x 1920 video at up to 30 FPS. Mounted centrally, one unit can cover an open-plan office, shop floor or lobby.
Only under cover. Ubiquiti rates it IPX4 (While Covered) and IK08 for tamper resistance, with an ambient operating temperature of -20 to 40 °C (-4 to 104 °F). It suits canopies, covered entrances and walkways rather than positions exposed to direct weather.
Yes. Ubiquiti lists integrated two-way audio, so you can listen to the area and speak through the camera, for example to greet visitors at a reception or warn someone in a restricted area.
By PoE over a single cable to its GbE RJ45 port. Ubiquiti lists a supported voltage range of 37—57V DC and a maximum power consumption of 8.64W, so plan a PoE switch port or PoE injector for each camera.
The camera's on-board processor runs smart detections for people, vehicles and animals. Ubiquiti's specification for the AI 360 lists no face or plate recognition, so choose a different model where identification is required.
