The Access G3 Reader Pro is Ubiquiti's third-generation indoor/outdoor NFC reader and intercom with Touch Pass support. Doors open with an NFC card or keyfob, PIN, face unlock, the mobile app, Apple/Google Wallet or Touch Pass, and visitors can press the doorbell for a two-way video call. It has a 4.7" capacitive touch display, an integrated camera, IP55 weatherproofing and a single GbE PoE connection to a UniFi Access Hub. This listing is the Black version, UA-G3-Pro-B.

4.7" touch display, camera and doorbell calling
A 4.7" capacitive touchscreen (1280 x 286 px, 480 nits) handles PIN entry, visitor calling and customisable welcome messages. Visitors press the doorbell for a direct two-way call with video, answered in UniFi Access or Talk. The integrated 12 MP camera streams 2MP video at 30 FPS, and Ubiquiti states video works at ADA-compliant mounting height.
IP55 outdoor housing on one PoE cable
The polycarbonate and glass reader is IP55-rated for indoor and outdoor use, with a device operating range of -30 to 45° C. A single GbE RJ45 port carries data and PoE power (48V DC, 6W maximum), and Ubiquiti states the reader connects to a UniFi Access Hub using PoE. Wall and gang-box mounts are included.

- Ubiquiti states the G3 Reader Pro connects to a UniFi Access Hub using PoE and is managed in the UniFi Access application. Plan the hub and the Access application as part of the installation.
- Temperature: the device operates from -30 to 45° C, but the display operates from -10 to 45° C and turns off outside that range while other functions keep working. Ubiquiti's store lists the weather resistance as -10 to 45° C.
- This listing is the Black version, UA-G3-Pro-B. Ubiquiti also makes the reader in White (UA-G3-Pro-W), which is not offered on this page.
- QR code unlock is for visitors only. The 10 free Touch Passes Ubiquiti includes are each valid for a year.
- Ubiquiti recommends Cat 5e cabling as the minimum, with at least 26 AWG patch cords and 24 AWG horizontal or riser cable between the PSE or power injector and the reader.
