65", 75" & 86" Interactive Display for Classrooms
Samsung Interactive Display WAD Series
A 3,840 x 2,160 touchscreen for teaching, in 65", 75" and 86". The WAD series runs Android 13 with EDLA certification, so Google Play, YouTube and Google Classroom are on the panel itself, takes up to 40 simultaneous touchpoints with a two-colour dual pen, connects a laptop over one 3-in-1 USB-C cable with up to 65W charging, and has an OPS slot for a plug-in Windows PC.
Quick Glance
Key Features
Android 13 with EDLA and Google services
The WAD series runs Android with a customisable home screen and widgets, and its EDLA certification brings Google services such as Google Play, YouTube and Google Classroom to the panel. Split screen and multi-window modes keep lesson material side by side, and an OPS slot takes a plug-in module (sold separately) to turn the display into a Windows device.
40-point multi-touch and dual pen
Up to 40 simultaneous touchpoints let large groups of students and teachers write on the whiteboard together. The dual pen has a double-sided nib, so switching between two colours is a flip of the pen rather than a change of settings.
One-cable USB-C and nine-device sharing
The 3-in-1 USB-C port carries screen mirroring, touch control and external device charging (max. 65W) over a single cable. Screen mirroring works for up to nine devices from iOS, Mac, Windows, Android or Chrome OS, and HDMI Out repeats the whiteboard on a larger screen in the room.
Detailed Specifications
Specifications are Samsung's own, from Samsung's product pages for the WAD series LH65WADWLGCXUE, LH75WADWLGCXUE and LH86WADWLGCXUE. Where a figure differs by size, each size is listed. Wall brackets, trolleys and stands are sold separately; check that any mount is rated for the VESA pattern and weight of the size you choose. Specifications are provided by the manufacturer and may be updated or changed without prior notice.
Need-to-Know
- Choose your size above: 65" (LH65WADWLGCXUE, 33.9 kg, 600 x 400 mm VESA), 75" (LH75WADWLGCXUE, 45.5 kg, 800 x 400 mm VESA) or 86" (LH86WADWLGCXUE, 56.5 kg, 800 x 600 mm VESA).
- The 65" and 75" use an ADS panel and the 86" an IPS panel. Samsung's 86" page repeats the 75" pixel pitch, so no pixel pitch is shown for the 86".
- Charging over the 3-in-1 USB-C port is capped at 65W. The OPS module that turns the display into a Windows device is sold separately.
- Samsung provides the cloud-based device management solution free for one year, and its pricing policy is subject to change; an on-prem option is also available. App availability may change without notice.
- Samsung's pages list no box contents. The box list shows the standard items for Samsung interactive displays; ask us to confirm what ships with the size you choose before ordering.

Samsung lists up to 40 simultaneous touchpoints, so large groups of students and teachers can write together. The dual pen has a double-sided nib with a different colour on each side, so switching colour does not interrupt the lesson.
No. Android 13 runs on the panel with 64GB of flash memory, and EDLA certification gives access to Google Play, YouTube and Google Classroom, with YouTube and Chrome pre-installed. For Windows, an OPS module (sold separately) plugs into the OPS slot, and a laptop can still connect over HDMI or the 3-in-1 USB-C cable.
Screen mirroring works for up to nine devices at once, from iOS, Mac, Windows, Android or Chrome OS, and content can be shared on both the large display and individual devices. HDMI Out also repeats the whiteboard on a larger screen in the room.
Samsung uses a ceramic fuse and a 500V (DC) capacitor to absorb voltage spikes, and applies anti-humidity glue to the critical areas of the chipset for high-humidity or rainy climates. Samsung bases these claims on its internal testing. Operating humidity is rated at 10% to 90%.
