IRIScan Express 4 — Portable USB Document Scanner
A slim USB scanner that needs no batteries and no warm-up: slide a page in, and it comes out scanned a few seconds later. The IRIScan Express 4 feeds one sheet at a time at up to 8 pages a minute at 300 dpi, in colour or black and white, and is powered entirely over its USB cable. A personalisable smart button sends a scan straight to the program of your choice, and the bundled Readiris OCR and Cardiris business-card software convert what you scan into editable text, PDFs or digital contacts.

The Express 4 is IRIS's simplex single-sheet scanner; the Executive 4 adds duplex, and the Anywhere 6 WiFi models add wireless scanning at a faster rated speed.
- This is a single-sheet scanner, not an automatic document feeder — pages are slid in and scanned one at a time, so it is not built for large unattended batches.
