The Epson EH-QL3000 is a 4K (3840 x 2160) 3LCD laser projector for large-scale home entertainment. Epson lists 6,000 lumens of colour light output, HDR10, a 5,000,000:1 contrast ratio and a laser light source rated at 20,000 hours. It takes Epson's interchangeable lenses for images of up to 1,000 inches; the lens is not included. It is offered in Black (V11HB34880, EH-QL3000B) and White (V11HB34980, EH-QL3000W).

The EH-QL3000 takes interchangeable lenses, so the lens is chosen to suit the room and throw distance. Epson quotes images of up to 1,000 inches, with screen size, throw distance and lens shift depending on the lens fitted. Lens position memory stores 10 positions. The standard lens is not included.
Laser light source and control-system support
The laser light source is rated at 20,000 hours in High, Medium and Eco modes. For installed systems Epson lists PJLink, AMX Device Discovery, Crestron Integrated Partner and Control4 Simple Device Discovery Protocol, plus Quick Corner, keystone correction, frame interpolation and super resolution.
