The Epson EH-QB1000 is a 4K (3840 x 2160) 3LCD laser projector for home cinema in a bright room. Epson lists 3,300 lumens of colour light output (ISO 21118:2012), HDR10+, 4K/120Hz and Auto Low Latency Mode for gaming, and images from 50 to 300 inches with motorised zoom and focus. A bright 4K picture from 50 to 300 inches

3LCD technology with a laser light source gives 3,300 lumens of colour light output (ISO 21118:2012) and a 4K (3840 x 2160, 8.3 million pixel) picture from 50 to 300 inches. Epson lists a 5,000,000:1 contrast ratio, a native contrast of 5,000:1 and up to 1.07 billion colours.

HDR10+, 4K/120Hz and Auto Low Latency Mode

For films, sport and gaming, Epson lists HDR10+, 4K frame interpolation, 4K/120Hz and Auto Low Latency Mode, with 10-bit colour processing. ISF certification and super resolution are on its feature list, with Dynamic, Vivid, Cinema and Natural colour modes.

Motorised lens and full IP control

Motorised zoom (1 to 2.1), focus and lens shift, with lens position memory for 10 positions and a throw ratio of 1.35 to 2.84, make positioning flexible. Epson lists full IP control with Crestron, Control4 and wired LAN, plus AMX Device Discovery and PJLink.
