Epson EcoTank Ink Tank Printer
Epson EcoTank L3250 A4 Wi-Fi All-in-One Ink Tank Printer
The L3250 prints, copies and scans, and refills from Epson 103 ink bottles instead of cartridges. That is the whole point of an EcoTank: the ink that comes in the box is rated at 8,100 pages in black and 6,500 in colour, so the cost per page lands somewhere a cartridge printer cannot follow. Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct mean it prints from a phone without touching a cable.
Quick Glance
Key Features
Ink measured in thousands of pages
The included ink is rated at 8,100 pages black and 6,500 colour; replacement 103 bottles at 4,500 and 7,500. You refill a tank from a bottle rather than buying a cartridge, which is what collapses the running cost.
Prints from a phone, no cable
Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct with the Epson Smart Panel app and Epson Connect. Wi-Fi Direct matters in an office without a spare network port — the printer makes its own connection.
Mess-free refills
Front-facing tanks you can actually see the level in, and key-lock bottles shaped so only the correct colour will fit the correct tank. Topping up is a thirty-second job, not a gamble.
Detailed Specifications
Specifications are provided by the manufacturer and may be updated or changed without prior notice. AtomOffice is not responsible for any discrepancies between the information shown here and the manufacturer's official documentation.
Need-to-Know
- There is no automatic duplex. The L3250 prints one side at a time; you turn the paper over for the second. If automatic two-sided printing matters, say so and we will point you at a model that has it.
- Epson has superseded this model with the EcoTank L3270. The L3250 is still supported and 103 ink remains widely available, but if you are standardising a fleet for the long term it is worth asking us about the newer model before you commit.
- Check which L32xx you are buying. The L3210 is USB-only with no Wi-Fi; the L3250, L3251 and L3256 are the wireless ones. They look nearly identical and share the same 103 ink, so the model badge is the thing to read.
Customer Benefits
- Running cost low enough to stop rationing printing — thousands of pages per bottle set, not hundreds per cartridge
- Print, copy and scan from one A4 machine that fits on a desk at 375 x 347 mm
- Wi-Fi Direct means it works even where there is no spare network point
- Visible front tanks and key-lock bottles — you can see when ink is low and cannot pour the wrong colour

Frequently Asked Questions
Epson 103 EcoTank ink bottles in Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow. The set included with the printer is rated at 8,100 pages black and 6,500 colour; replacement bottles at 4,500 and 7,500. You refill the tanks rather than replacing cartridges, which is what makes the cost per page a fraction of a cartridge printer’s. Ask us and we will quote a full set of 103 bottles alongside the machine.
No. The L3250 has manual duplex only — you print one side and turn the paper over. If automatic duplex is a requirement, tell our UAE team what volume you print and we will recommend a model that has it.
They share the same chassis and the same 103 ink. The important difference is connectivity: the L3210 is USB-only, while the L3250, L3251 and L3256 have Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct. The L3251 also carries a recommended monthly volume figure. Send us the model number on the machine you are replacing and we will match it.
Epson has superseded the L3250 with the EcoTank L3270. This one is still sold and supported, and 103 ink is widely stocked, so it remains a sound buy — but if you are standardising a fleet you may prefer the newer model. Ask us and we will quote both.
Want the L3250 quoted with a full set of ink?
Tell our UAE team roughly how much you print each month and we will quote the printer, a set of 103 bottles and paper together, and confirm whether the L3250 or the newer L3270 is the better buy for you.
