The Epson EB-PQ2216 is a compact 4K 3LCD laser projector for large venues: auditoriums, rental and staging, projection mapping, signage and visitor attractions. Epson lists 16,000 lumens of colour light output (ISO 21118:2012), a 4K 3840 x 2160 picture with 4K Crystal Motion technology, a sealed IP5X optical engine and light source module, and interchangeable lenses. The projector is sold without a lens, so it can be matched to the throw distance of the room. It is offered in White (V11HB04980DA) and Black (V11HB04880DA).

Built for any lens and any mounting

It can be ceiling, wall, floor, table or flying-frame mounted, and supports edge blending, point correction and Quick Corner for multi-projector and mapping work.
Filter-free, sealed laser engine
The laser light source is rated at 20,000 hours in High mode and 30,000 hours in Eco mode. The design is filter-free, and the optical engine and light source module are sealed and IP5X certified to IEC Standard 60529 for dust resistance.

- Epson states that 4K (3840 x 2160) is the maximum physical resolution achieved using 4K Crystal Motion technology.
- The IP5X dust-resistance certification is to IEC Standard 60529 and applies to the optical engine and light source module.
- Epson's specification does not list the video inputs (such as HDMI or HDBaseT ports) or a weight for this model. Ask us before ordering if either matters for your installation.
- The camera module, Wireless LAN unit and ceiling mount are options and are not part of the projector.
