HP 82 DesignJet Original Ink Cartridge
Original HP 82 ink for DesignJet printers, sold in Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow. HP makes the cartridges in two sizes, 28 ml and 69 ml, so you can choose the size that suits your needs. HP designs the ink together with the DesignJet printer and HP large-format media for clear, accurate line quality and trouble-free printing. Black is a pigment-based ink and the colours are dye-based, all applied with HP Thermal Inkjet technology.

Two Sizes to Choose From
HP makes the 82 colour cartridges in 28 ml and 69 ml, and lists the Black cartridge in the 69 ml size. The 69 ml cartridges are CH565A (Black), C4911A (Cyan), C4912A (Magenta) and C4913A (Yellow); the 28 ml cartridges are CH566A (Cyan), CH567A (Magenta) and CH568A (Yellow).
Ink Designed With the Printer
HP describes the 82 inks as designed together with the DesignJet printer and HP large-format media, to give clear, accurate line quality and trouble-free printing. The colour cartridges are positioned for vibrant, high-impact images and fine lines.
Black and Colour Inks
The Black cartridge uses pigment-based ink, while Cyan, Magenta and Yellow use dye-based ink. All of them print with HP Thermal Inkjet technology and TIJ 3.0 print resolution technology, and each ships alone in the box.

- HP's pages list Black in the 69 ml size (CH565A) only. The 28 ml size is listed for Cyan, Magenta and Yellow.
- The HP pages we used do not list compatible printer models and do not publish a page yield. Check your printer's manual or HP before ordering.
Specifications are taken from HP's own product and specification pages for each HP 82 cartridge, one page per part number. Shelf life is shown as HP states it on each page: 2 years for Black and the 28 ml cartridges, 24 months for the 69 ml colours. The 28 ml pages give a 6 Months Limited Warranty (Return to HP/Dealer). The 69 ml pages state that each HP ink cartridge is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the period of the warranty, with no length given. Ask us to confirm the warranty that applies in the UAE before you order.
