The DR-S350NW is the DR-S250N's Wi-Fi sibling, adding a colour touchscreen for PC-less scanning at the same speed and feeder capacity.
- Colour and black-and-white both scan at up to 50 ppm / 100 ipm on this model — unlike the DR-S250N, Canon does not publish a lower colour rate at higher resolution for the DR-S350NW.
- The feeder holds 60 A4 sheets, but drops to 40 sheets for paper larger than A4 — check which size applies to your batch before loading a full 60 sheets of A3 or similar stock.
- The specification page lists a Windows driver only; driverless web and direct scanning work from the touchscreen or a browser regardless of the computer's operating system, and Mopria certification covers Android and Chrome OS.
- Passports need the optional carrier sheet and passport mode setting, and scan at 300 dpi or less; the NFC card reader needs a card that is sold separately.
- The Flatbed Scanner Units 102 (A4) and 202 (A3) are optional accessories sold separately — the scanner itself is sheet-fed only, so bound books need a flatbed unit.
