If you are still unsure, send us your printer's model number and we will confirm the right cartridge for you before you order.

Page yield is based on ISO/IEC 24711, measured with continuous printing from a new cartridge after printer setup. For a tri-colour cartridge the figure is the average yield of the cyan, magenta and yellow inks combined, not what each colour prints on its own. It is an average for comparing cartridges on a like-for-like basis, not a guarantee — Canon notes that yield varies significantly with what you print. Photographs, full-page colour and heavy graphics use far more ink than plain text, and borderless photo printing uses more again.

Yes. This is an original Canon CL-446XL ink cartridge. We are a Canon Platinum Partner in the UAE and source every cartridge through official Canon channels, so what you receive is genuine Canon stock with full warranty support — not a compatible, refilled or remanufactured equivalent.

Choose the CL-446XL if you print colour regularly — it holds 13 ml instead of 8 ml and Canon rates it for 300 A4 pages against 180. For occasional colour the standard CL-446 is usually the better value up front. Both are single tri-colour cartridges: all three inks sit in one unit, so it is replaced when any one colour runs out.

Yes. Both the standard CL-446 and the XL CL-446XL fit the same PIXMA printers listed in the Compatible Printers tab above. The difference is how much ink is inside, not the physical fit — you can switch between them at any time.
