Genuine Brother strong adhesive laminated label tape — 24mm x 8m, in three colour combinations. Choose your colour above; every option on this page is the same 24mm cassette and fits the same machines. Six layers with the printed text sealed between two protective films, tested by Brother from -80°C to +150°C and through two hours of chemical submersion. Fits any P-touch that takes TZe cassettes 24mm or wider.

Half Again the Grip
Brother measured extra-strength TZe at roughly 50% more adhesive strength than standard tape, on the same 180° peel test. It is the tape for textured plastic, powder coat and polypropylene — the surfaces standard tape lets go of.
Same Laminated Core
Stronger glue, identical six-layer laminated construction: thermal-transfer text sealed between two PET films, unaffected by 50 passes of a 1kg sanding head.
-80°C to +150°C
Brother tested this construction across the full range, plus two-hour submersion in water, acetone, ethanol and hydrochloric acid with no print discolouration.

It fits any Brother P-touch label maker that accepts TZe cassettes 24mm wide or wider — that includes the PT-D600, PT-D610BT, PT-P750W, PT-E550W, PT-P900W. It will not fit the PT-H110, PT-D210 or PT-D410: those machines top out below 24mm and the cassette physically will not load. If your machine currently has a TZe cassette in it and takes this width, this one will go straight in. Not sure? Send us the model number and we will confirm before you order.
When a label has fallen off before. Brother measures extra-strength adhesive at roughly 50% more grip than standard tape on the same 180° peel test, and names polypropylene as the surface it is for — along with textured plastic, powder-coated metal and anything slightly rough. Everything else about the tape is identical, so on smooth glass, steel or a filing cabinet the standard tape does the same job for less.
It depends entirely on how long your labels are and what margin the machine is set to, so any single figure would be misleading. What is fixed is the cassette length: 8 metres. As a rough guide, a 40mm label consumes about 50mm of tape once the machine's leading and trailing margins are added, so an 8m cassette gives you roughly 160 of them. Set a narrower margin in the machine's settings and you get noticeably more.

Brother's own testing puts laminated TZe from -80°C to +150°C, with no print discolouration after two hours submerged in water, ethanol, acetone or hydrochloric acid, and legible text after 478 hours of simulated sunlight — roughly a year outdoors. Background colour holds up well on this tape — black, white, blue and green were among the best performers in that test.
