Open the toner door on the front of the printer and read the label on the cartridge already fitted — the Brother code (for example TN369) is printed on the end face. You can also check the model badge on the front of the machine against the Compatible Printers tab above, or print a supplies or configuration page from the printer’s menu. If you are still unsure, message us the printer model and we will confirm it for you before you order.

It fits MFC-L8600CDW, MFC-L8850CDW and HL-L8350CDW. The full list is in the Compatible Printers tab above. If your model is not listed, please check with us before ordering rather than assuming a near-match — Brother part numbers change between otherwise similar models.

Brother quotes yields against ISO/IEC 19798, an independent test that prints a fixed reference page repeatedly and measures how many pages a toner cartridge produces. It is a comparison benchmark rather than a promise — heavy graphics, photos or dense text use more toner per page and reduce the figure, while light text stretches it. Every toner cartridge we sell is sourced through official Brother distribution channels for the UAE and arrives in sealed Brother retail packaging. Genuine supplies keep your printer’s warranty valid — damage caused by third-party toner cartridges is generally not covered by Brother.

Choose the TN369 if you print regularly — it holds more toner for a smaller increase in price, so the cost per page is lower. The TN361 makes more sense for light or occasional printing, where a large cartridge could sit part-used for a long time. Both fit the same printers, so you can switch between them at any time.

Yes. The TN361 and TN369 are physically interchangeable and are listed by Brother for the same printer models — the higher-capacity version simply contains more toner. You do not need to change any printer setting when you switch.
