Brother PT-P950NW Professional Label Printer
The networked, heat-shrink-ready sibling of the PT-P900W, built on the same 36 mm, 360 dpi, 60 mm/sec engine. It joins a wired network as well as USB and Wi-Fi, so a shared labeller can sit on the LAN like any other printer. Alongside TZe laminated tape it takes HSe heat-shrink tube for cable identification, and it adds numbered, multi-block printing runs from the connected PC and an optional Touch Display Unit for printing at the machine itself.

TZe laminated tape and HSe heat-shrink tube
As well as the TZe laminated range up to 36 mm, this model's own specification lists HSe heat-shrink tape — support the PT-P900W's own page does not list — so cable ends and terminals can be identified with tube that shrinks around them.
Numbered runs and an optional touch display
Numbering (1–999) and multi-block printing run from the connected PC, which the PT-P900W's own page lists as not supported. Brother also lists an optional PA-TDU-003 Touch Display Unit, sold separately, for printing at the machine itself without a computer.

Three P-touch machines that print without a keypad, and the one thing that separates them. All three take genuine TZe laminated tape; what changes is how wide, how fast and what tape they support.
- This machine has no keyboard. It prints from a connected PC or Mac over USB, Wi-Fi or the wired network — for standalone printing at the machine itself, the optional PA-TDU-003 Touch Display Unit is required and is sold separately.
- This is the sibling of the PT-P900W: same 36 mm, 360 dpi, 60 mm/sec engine. What this model adds is the wired network port, HSe heat-shrink tape support, numbered (1–999) and multi-block printing runs, and the optional Touch Display Unit — none of which the PT-P900W's own page states.
- Brother's Connectivity spec row for this model reads only "USB, Wireless LAN" and omits the network port, but the same page is headed "Networked industrial desktop labeller" and its own feature bullet reads "USB, Network, Wi-Fi connectivity". The wired port is real — it is what the NW in the name means. If your install depends on it, confirm the port with us before you order.
- A Bluetooth interface is listed for this range in Brother's P9-series brochure as a PT-P950NW-only option, but it does not appear on this model's own accessory listing. Ask us before ordering if Bluetooth is a requirement.
- Battery operation is optional and needs a rechargeable Li-ion battery and base; the printer ships with an AC adapter.
