Unlike the smaller PT-P300BT, this model lists full P-touch Editor support for Windows 7 through 11 and Mac OS, connected over USB or Bluetooth, as well as the Design&Print2 and iPrint&Label mobile apps. Takes the wider end of Brother's TZe laminated range, up to 24 mm, and an automatic cutter separates each label as it prints — up to seven lines of text fit on the widest tape. Laminated tape is sealed between two layers of film, so print stays legible on cable, panel and shelf labels.
Built-in rechargeable battery, no batteries to buy
A Li-ion battery (PA-BT-005) is included and charges over USB, rather than the AAA batteries the smaller PT-P300BT uses. It prints at 20 mm/sec and 180 dpi, and the whole printer weighs 0.67 kg, so it travels to a job rather than staying on a bench.
