    This is a roll for the Brother QL desktop range, not a handheld P-touch cassette. It fits the QL-500, QL-550, QL-570, QL-580N, QL-650TD, QL-700, QL-710W, QL-720NW, QL-800, QL-810W, QL-820NWB, QL-1050, QL-1060N, QL-1100 and QL-1110NWB. If you have a P-touch label maker rather than a QL, you need a TZe cassette instead.

    DK-22211 is the film roll, 29mm x 15.24m — tougher, and the one to use where a label will be handled, wiped or exposed to damp. DK-22210 is the same 29mm width in paper, 29mm x 30.48m — twice the length and cheaper per label, for addresses, shelf edges and internal filing that nothing touches. Both fit exactly the same QL printers, so it is purely a durability-versus-cost choice.

So it is the right roll for a busy indoor label that gets handled or wiped, and the wrong one for anything living outdoors or sitting near heat. For those, a laminated TZe cassette on a P-touch is the product to use, not a QL roll.
