The dimensions and corner radius are the ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 standard the CR-80 format is defined by, and the millimetre thicknesses are the exact conversion of the mil figure. We deliberately do not state a surface finish, a per-card weight or a named printer compatibility list, because those are not specified for this stock — ask us and we will confirm against the batch we are shipping.

This is the one to check before you order. 10 mil is 0.25 mm, well under the 30 mil standard, and many direct-to-card printers quote a minimum media thickness above it. The range is in your printer’s specification — or send us the model and we will confirm it for you rather than have you find out with a jammed feeder.
Short-life passes. A visitor badge printed at reception in the morning and handed back at the end of the day, an event credential, a clip-on tag, a punch-out token. Anything where the card is consumed rather than carried.
They are the full CR-80 size so they fit the slot, but at a third of the standard thickness they will sit loose in a rigid holder. A clip-on holder, a pouch or a simple punch-and-lanyard suits them better.
No. These are plain PVC cards with nothing on the back. Adhesive-back cards are a different product — usually a thin PVC face on a release liner, which is what makes them feed properly. Ask us if that is what you need.
30 mil is the ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 standard and what most hardware expects. 20 mil is thinner and cheaper, for badges with a defined life. 10 mil, this card, is thinnest and cheapest but needs a printer that can feed it. We stock all three.
