- On a saddle stitch finisher (large stacker) — MX-FN31 or BP-FN16 — the MX-SC11 feeds the main stapler only. The saddle-stitch unit takes a different cartridge, the MX-SC12.
- Order by finisher model, not by copier model: the same Sharp copier can be fitted with several different finishers, and each takes its own staple cartridge.
- Sharp uses the same staple part numbers across the MX and BP machine generations, so one cartridge covers finishers fitted to several ranges.
