Frequently Asked Questions
The PFI-121M fits only the Canon imagePROGRAF TM-250, TM-255, TM-350 and TM-355. If your machine is a TM-200, TM-205, TM-300, TM-305, GP-200 or GP-300, you need PFI-120 Magenta instead. The model name is printed on the front of the machine and shown in its information menu — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm for free.
Canon changed the magenta ink for the TM-250, TM-255, TM-350 and TM-355. On those four machines the magenta slot takes a PFI-121 (130 mL) or PFI-321 (300 mL) tank, while Matte Black, Black, Cyan and Yellow still use the PFI-120 or PFI-320. The PFI-120 Magenta will not work in them.
The PFI-121M holds 130 mL of Canon pigment magenta ink.
