Canon KP-108IN Colour Ink & Paper Set — 108 Postcard Prints
One box holds everything the printer needs for 108 prints: 108 sheets of postcard paper at 100 × 148 mm (about 4" × 6") and three ink cassettes, each good for 36 prints. Ink and paper are matched, so there is nothing to calculate and nothing left over.
SELPHY printers use dye sublimation rather than inkjet. Each print is sealed with a protective overcoat as it leaves the printer, so it comes out completely dry, resists fingerprints and water, and Canon rates SELPHY prints to last up to 100 years when kept in an album.
Also ordered as 3115B001 / 3115B001AA, and often written KP-108, KP108IN or "Color Ink Paper Set". All refer to this set.

Canon's current listing for the identical KP-36IP media covers the CP1500, CP1300, CP1200, CP1000, CP910, CP900, CP820, CP810, CP800, CP790, CP780 and CP720. KP-108IN uses exactly the same cassette and paper in a larger box, and is the set widely supplied for the older CP-series machines above. Postcard printing uses the PCP-CP400 paper cassette supplied with the printer. If your model is not on the list, send it to us and we will confirm before you order.
Print-life figure is Canon's own, based on accelerated testing at 23°C and 50% humidity with the print stored in an album. Prints left in direct sunlight will fade sooner. Speed depends on the printer model — a CP1500 takes roughly 41 seconds per postcard print.
The credit-card, square-sticker and mini-sticker media all need the separate PCC-CP400 cassette, which does not come with the printer. Tell us what you want to print and we will quote the right combination of media and cassette.

If it is a SELPHY CP-series printer that takes postcard-size paper, yes — KP-108IN covers the range from the older CP220 right through to the current CP1500. The model number is printed on the front of the printer. The one thing to check is that you still have the white postcard paper cassette (PCP-CP400) that came with it, because the set does not include one. If you are unsure, send us your model number and we will confirm.
Both give you 108 postcard prints at the same size and quality. The difference is packaging and compatibility: KP-108IN has three ink cassettes of 36 prints, RP-108 has two of 54. More importantly, RP-108 only fits the newer machines — roughly CP820 and later. If your SELPHY is a CP800 or older, KP-108IN (or the 36-sheet KP-36IP) is what you need. On a CP1200, CP1300 or CP1500 either will work.
No. This is a complete set — the ink cassettes and the paper come in the same box and are matched to each other, so 108 sheets and three cassettes are used up together. That is how all SELPHY media is sold; there is no separate ink cartridge to buy.
